Qingdao Yikai Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao. Our company mainly produces, manufactures, and sells large forgings, castings, wind power bearings, slewing bearings, valves, wheels, train parts, automotive parts, heavy forging and other large accessories. The company was founded in 2014 and currently has 96 employees, covering an area of over 8000 square meters. It produces various forgings and 9000 tons of castings annually. The company has advanced equipment and technology, and gathers technical talents. The company currently has equipment including heavy-duty forging equipment, electro-hydraulic hammers, die forging hammers, press machines, ring rolling machines, forging machines, and air hammers. Processing equipment includes vertical lathes, CNC lathes, machining centers, end face lathes, and other mechanical processing equipment. Heat treatment equipment includes vacuum furnaces, trolley furnaces, mesh belt furnaces, and carburizing furnaces. The casting equipment includes a five ton electric furnace, a three ton electric furnace, a cleaning room, a shot blasting machine, an automatic molding machine, testing equipment, a tensile machine, a valve measuring press, a hardness tester, a spectrometer, a metal analyzer, and a flaw detector. It is a key production unit in Qingdao.
We can undertake the production and processing of various heavy-duty, special-shaped carbon steel, alloy steel forgings, castings, steel castings, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, rings, drilling tools, wind power equipment accessories, engineering machinery accessories, ships, automotive power machinery accessories, chemical equipment accessories, pressure vessel accessories, tire molds, pipeline parts, gears, heat treatment, mold forging, and flanges. The product is sold to Russia, Italy, South Korea, and the United States. We have received unanimous praise from customers in various regions of China, including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, as well as within and outside the province.
